Twenty-Five Banagas employees were honored in the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Union annual awarding ceremony organised on the occasion of International Labor Day.

Under the patronage of Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Sh. Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, The Bahrain National Gas Company B.S.C. (Closed), in cooperation with the Trade Union organized its annual Ramadan Ghabga, in the presence of members of executive management, Trade Union members, and a large group of employees.

The Bahrain National Gas Company B.S.C. (Closed) participated in the Earth Hour initiative on 25th March 2023, in line with nogaholding’s direction to move forward towards providing sustainable energy, and in accordance with the Company’s commitment towards its Corporate Social Responsibility, by switching off all the lighting at the Head Office and South Gate Offices from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

The Bahrain National Gas Company B.S.C. (Closed) hosted Mr. Errol Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents in the United Kingdom (RoSPA) and the accompanying delegation, where they were received by Dr. Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer, in the presence of the Company's Executive Management.

Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain National Gas Company B.S.C (Closed), receives the Company`s Basketball team members for winning the Cup title of nogaholding Tournament in the Final Match against Bapco 50-55 and achieved the 2^nd place in the League competition

Banagas and Tawseah held their Fourth Board of Directors Meetings. The meetings were chaired by Mr. Mark Thomas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banagas and Tawseah and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C (nogaholding) in the presence of Board Members from both companies.

The Bahrain National Gas Company (Banagas) hosted Mr. Mark Thomas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banagas and Tawseah and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C. (nogaholding) at the Company’s headquarters on the sidelines of the annual Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Week. Mr. Thomas was received by Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer, and the Executive Management, and toured the SHE event.

The Bahrain National Gas Company B.S.C. (c) (Banagas) and the Bahrain National Gas Expansion Company W.L.L. (Tawseah) held their third Board of Directors Meetings. The meetings were chaired by Mr. Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C (nogaholding) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banagas and Tawseah in the presence of Board Members from both companies.

Under the patronage of Mr. Mark Thomas, Group CEO of the Oil and Gas Holding Company and in the presence of the CEOs of the subsidiaries, the Oil and Gas Holding Company and its subsidiaries held a special celebration at Bapco Club in Awali on August 24, 2022, to honor the summer training students within the “Empower” program that granted students Undergraduates have the opportunity to gain valuable practical and professional experience with the Oil and Gas Holding Company and a number of companies affiliated to its portfolio, including: Banagas, Bapco, Bafco, ASRY, Tatweer Petroleum and GPIC. During the ceremony, 14 trainees from Banagas were honored among the participants in this program and who completed their training period in the company over the months of July and August.

(Tawseah) held their second Board Meetings, chaired by Mr. Mark Thomas, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Holding Company (nogaholding), Chairman of Banagas and Tawseah, in the presence of the Board Members from both companies.
